How This Started
I run Tally Ho, London’s most distinctive bike tour company. 15 years, the last three from a farmhouse in Somerset. I know what breaks when you scale experiences, and what holds.
Before that — years in ticketing tech and a software engineering bootcamp. I’ve sat in the same seat: seasonal revenue, a ten-tab spreadsheet holding everything together, knowing the tools should be doing more of the work.
Then AI changed the equation. I built scripts that mined years of guest reviews. Dashboards that replaced guesswork. A coaching system trained on our own docs. Tally Ho became the laboratory.
Most operators are waiting for someone to sell them a solution. I got bored and built my own. Now I help others do the same.
