Speaking
Operator AI, explained by someone who still does the Monday numbers.
I run Tally Ho, a premium London tour company. Fifteen years of seasonal pressure, guide scheduling, guest expectations, supplier quirks, weather, reviews, direct bookings, and the thousand small decisions that never fit inside software demos.
I trained as a software engineer at Le Wagon, and since AI-assisted coding changed the economics of building, Tally Ho has been the lab: review mining, financial intelligence, email processing, persistent business memory, and workflows that use real business context.
On stage I walk through the systems actually running at Tally Ho, including the two that broke. People photograph the slides. Good. They’re meant to be copied.
